Mrs. Gangi’s proudest accomplishment and greatest joy is being a mother to her two boys, age 16 and 23. She loves spending time with her family and friends, hiking the 4000 footers of the White Mountains, kayaking, and camping.
Mrs. Gangi has been working with children for 20 years in many different Early Childhood programs. She has worked as a nanny, with Early Intervention, and as a Director of a Non Profit program that ran programs for children and families in 7 communities. Mrs. Gangi is a teacher who is always learning and growing. She is also always changing her approach towards teaching based upon what she believes her students need from her, from her continued education through college courses, workshops, etc., as well as learning from her co workers. Mrs. Gangi believes the best learning takes place through meaningful play and exploration as well as knowing and learning from the children she teaches.

Established in 2009, the Windham Learning Tree Academy, LLC was founded by Tara Perrotti, a preschool teacher and director with more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, as well as a mother of two.
